At Caffé Divano, we abide by a simple rule: If an ingredient isn’t easy to pronounce, it doesn’t go in our food. Luckily, we don’t have much need for things like preservatives as the baking we serve is made in-house each day to ensure freshness. Whatever is left over at closing time is donated to a local charity.
We’re equally passionate about keeping food local and keeping it authentic. Our wraps feature home-roasted chicken, and our paninis are made with fresh, organic, non-GMO bread from a local bakery. Our prosciutto cotto, however, is imported from Italy because – let’s be honest – sometimes the Italians just do it better.
